Full YouTube content production pipeline - publication - growth boost via Google Ads

As a part of the long term brand awareness plan for the Air Dough product line, the content strategy revolved around long form build tutorials on YouTube. Air Dough is well suited as a building compound, so I choose various pop culture characters to boost SEO and feed-based discovery. Pairing this strategy with YouTube discovery ads targeting correlating character content was key to channel growth which increased from 150 to 25k subscribers in less than 2 years. Achieved YouTube Partner Program.

Production: Dedicated built studio on company site for top-down style demos. Dual key lights with colored rim depending on character color scheme. Intro brand logo created in Blender, cold open for audience retention. Voice over recorded with myself and occaisional guest sculpter with Apple memoji overlays. Edit with VO and music bed. Publish & YT ad campaign targeting depending on character being built.
